The Company is committed to making share ownership available to as many of our employees through our Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).

The ESPP provides employees the opportunity to become shareholders by purchasing Company stock through payroll deductions without any fees. After the purchase of shares is credited to their account, employees have full ownership rights of those shares.
